Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked and secure transit back to our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include any required documentation, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
